We are so excited to serve the city together! You’re invited! We are spreading into 3 teams to serve in 3 ways! Sign up for what you’d like to do:
1. PAINTING & DECORATING
We are serving a family in the city who need help with decorating part of their home. Get ready to get your hands messy and wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on.
10am - 3pm or however long it takes to paint a room! Great if you can join us for all of it, but if you can only come to part of it that’s fine!
Tang Hall area of York
Lunch provided.
2. CHRISTMAS HAMPERS
We are making Christmas hampers going out to families this Christmas. There will also be some kids activities.
11am - 1pm
(Priory Street Centre)
Drinks and snacks provided.
3. LITTER PICKING
We are serving to keep the city clean and to interact with those we meet on the way. Wear shoes for outdoors and get ready to see a space transformed!
10am - 12pm
Museum Gardens (meet at the main gates, opposite Lendal Street/Costa Coffee)
Welcome to head back to the Priory Street Centre for tea, coffee and snacks.
